We left Wednesday morning in the dark at 4:30 a.m.
Twelve hours later, we arrived at the final destination - college!
(we had to take this one for Nana!)
Hannah was waiting for us to arrive - she has been here a week already for athletics.
The dining hall and university center are quite a climb.... We got Bub all settled into his dorm, registered for classes, and ready to start school.
It all happened soooo fast.
I don't know which was worse - leaving my son on the curb in front of his dorm last night -and driving 12 hours away from him, or arriving home to his empty bedroom today, knowing that he won't be home until Thanksgiving.
It has been a very tear -filled couple of days..........
